  • By User: You may terminate your subscription at any time through your account settings.

• Limitation of Liability
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xodox Cloud is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you have paid for the affected service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

  You agree to indemnify and hold Xodox Cloud harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
