Cancellation Policy

  • Subscription Services:
    • Customers may cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account settings.
    • Cancellation requests will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Services will remain active until that date.
    • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
  • Custom Solutions:
    • Cancellation of custom solutions is subject to the terms specified in the service agreement.
  • Promotional Offers
    • Subscriptions purchased under promotional offers are non-cancellable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds:
    • Refunds are only applicable for specific cases, such as technical issues or service interruptions caused by Xodox Cloud that remain unresolved for more than 10 business days.
    • Refunds are not provided for change of mind or lack of usage.
  • Refund Process
    • Eligible refund requests must be submitted via a ticket on help.xodox.in within 14 days of the billing date.
    • Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days, and eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.
  • Payment Methods
    • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
    • For international transactions, currency exchange fluctuations and bank charges are not covered by Xodox Cloud.

Exceptions

  • Third-Party Services
    • Refunds are not available for third-party services or integrations purchased through Xodox Cloud.
  • Violation of Terms
    • No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions.

Disputes

    • All refund disputes must be reported by opening a ticket at help.xodox.in or emailing dispute@xodox.in.
    • Xodox Cloud is committed to resolving disputes within 14 business days.

Changes to the Policy

  • Xodox Cloud reserves the right to update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or account notifications.
